"Shanghai Steel Structure Technology Exchange and Supply and Demand Development Closed-door Forum" Successfully Held

On June 27, the "Shanghai Steel Structure Technology Exchange and Supply and Demand Development Closed-door Forum" hosted by Shanghai Ganglian Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd. and co-organized by the China Metal Materials Circulation Association Assembly Building Branch was successfully held in Shanghai. This forum brought together more than 50 experts from the prefabricated steel structure supporting truss floor plate industry and representatives of supply chain enterprises to discuss the cutting-edge technology and development trend of the prefabricated construction industry, as well as the prospect of new products such as truss floor plate without disassembly.

The forum was presided over by Wan Chao, assistant general manager of Shanghai Steel Union Construction Steel Division. He emphasized the important role of prefabricated buildings in promoting the green development of the construction industry and improving building efficiency, and expressed optimistic expectations for the future development of the industry.

Yong Nanchuan, coating analyst of Shanghai Steel Union, gave a keynote speech entitled "Plate Operation Logic and Development Prospect of Coating Industry". Using detailed data and years of experience, he analyzed and interpreted the mainstream plate price trend in the first half of the year and the market operation trend in the second half of the year, and gave pertinent suggestions on possible price fluctuations.

Deng Mingke, director of the Institute of High Ductility Composites of Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, introduced the three stages of the development of the domestic construction industry, as well as the characteristics and main problems of the third stage to be entered, with the title of "Application Analysis of New Non-demolition Steel Bar Truss Floor Slab Technology in Steel Structure Scene. In the third stage, the development and rational use of high ductility compliance materials is very important. The new material in the bending toughness, fracture mechanics, high damage resistance and other aspects than the current products have a greater improvement, and has corrosion resistance, explosion-proof and other characteristics. He introduced the characteristics and shortcomings of several generations of steel structure supporting steel bar truss floor bearing plate, as well as the four main characteristics of the latest composite floor bearing plate. He believed that the successful research and development of new materials and the application of products not only provided practical guarantee for the development of prefabricated construction industry, but also pointed out the direction for the technological innovation and industrial upgrading of the industry.

In the exchange and discussion session, the participants not only raised questions about the characteristics of the new products of the floor plate, but also shared and exchanged the current development status of the floor plate market and various industry pain points in the market.
