Qu Bin, the first-level inspector of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, Zhou Xinhe, the Minister of the Organization Construction Department of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, our city's Vice Mayor Liu Shimin, and Vice Chairman of the Political Consultative Conference Xie Qing attended the meeting.
 

The meeting read the reply from the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce regarding the approval to hold the first member representative conference of the third session of the Hebei Province Foam Plastic Chamber of Commerce; listened to and approved the work report of the second council of the Hebei Province Foam Plastic Chamber of Commerce, reviewed and approved the latest revised "Articles of Association of the Hebei Province Foam Plastic Chamber of Commerce" and the "Management Measures for Membership Fees and Expenditures" of the third session of the Chamber of Commerce, as well as the "Financial Management Measures" and "Election Measures", passed the decision to appoint Geng Zhansuo as the founding president, elected the third council, supervisory board, as well as the president, executive vice president, vice presidents, secretary-general, and chairman of the supervisory board, and awarded them plaques; the Hebei Province Foam Plastic Chamber of Commerce signed a strategic cooperation intention letter with the Xinji branch of China People's Insurance Company.

Qu Bin delivered a speech at the meeting, hoping that the Chamber of Commerce would strengthen its political stance, enhance service awareness, increase innovation awareness, and continuously improve the influence of the Hebei Province Foam Plastic Chamber of Commerce in the national industry. At the same time, he encouraged members to actively fulfill their social responsibilities and demonstrate their own responsibilities and commitments in giving back to society.

Liu Shimin emphasized that the Chamber of Commerce should actively play a bridging role, help enterprises solve problems, and assist in industry development.
