Rockwell Automation and Crown Technology Group visited XueLong Machinery for a survey
Abstract
4 On the 14th of the month, Rockwell Automation Li Dong, Vice President of Rockwell Automation (China) Co., Ltd. and Dean of the Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Institute, led a team to visit and exchange views with XueLong Machinery. Li Xiao, General Manager of XueLong Machinery, hosted the visit and accompanied the team throughout, and both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as smart factory construction and the deep integration of AI and industrial equipment, aiming to promote the intelligent upgrade and sustainable development of XueLong Machinery products.

During the visit, Dean Li Dong gave a detailed introduction of Rockwell Automation's technological accumulation and practical achievements in the field of intelligent manufacturing. He mentioned that Rockwell Automation, with the core concept of "SEEE (Safety, Energy Efficiency, Environmental Protection, and High Efficiency)" for sustainable development, uses cutting-edge technologies such as the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), digital twins, and AI analysis to provide enterprises with full-lifecycle digital solutions. For example, at Kweichow Moutai Group, they achieved the intelligent transformation of traditional blending processes, improving blending accuracy by 30%, increasing the efficiency of base liquor warehouse data reporting by 69%, and reducing personnel costs by 23%. Li Dong stated that similar experiences can be applied to XueLong Machinery's product line upgrades, promoting equipment management transparency, energy consumption optimization, and flexible production through data mid-platform construction and smart maintenance system deployment.

Rockwell Automation is a global leader in industrial automation, information technology, and digital transformation, committed to helping enterprises achieve sustainable development and digital upgrades through IT/OT convergence and innovation. Its Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Institute continuously explores the industrial applications of AI, edge computing, and other technologies, empowering global manufacturing enterprises to move towards a net-zero future.
