The fixed turning vibration die table produced by Hebei Xuelong Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is an independent operation die table, which acts on the fixed die table station and is the operation platform for wallboard components. It can place molds on the die table, pour and vibrate concrete, and after curing the components, turn the die table together with the components to meet the requirements for lifting the components. The equipment is applied to the production of assembled prefabricated component production lines such as laminated board production line, wallboard production line, PC component production line, special-shaped component production line, fixed mold table production line and rural component production line. Its main function is to place molds, pour and vibrate concrete. After curing the components, turn the mold table together with the components to lift the components, can cooperate with the mold table to turn over concrete prefabricated components, PC board, thin wall board, partition wall board, load-bearing wall board, light wall board, floor board prefabricated components, floor board prefabricated components, air conditioning board prefabricated components, balcony board prefabricated components, trench cover components, special-shaped components and other component products;
