Its primary function is to ensure thorough concrete compaction and minimize air entrapped in the mix. It can support the production of a wide range of prefabricated elements, such as Qingda’s fourth‑generation SW steel‑mesh sandwich insulation strip–type standard wall panels, precast concrete components, PC panels, thin wall panels, partition wall panels, load‑bearing wall panels, lightweight wall panels, precast floor slabs, precast floor decking, precast air‑conditioning panels, precast balcony slabs, trench cover components, and custom‑shaped components. Depending on the type of mold, it facilitates the manufacture of diverse prefabricated products.
