Li Zixiang, deputy general manager of Beijing Dashilan Investment Co., Ltd., stated that the focus of urban renewal is gradually extending from the protection of old cities to the renovation of communities, with home prefabrication and intelligent standardization pointing the way for subsequent urban renewal work.
