The wire‑insertion plate‑feeding machine manufactured by Hebei Xuelong Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is installed on production lines to place wire‑insertion plates into the molds on the line. This equipment is used in the production of prefabricated components such as Qingda’s fourth‑generation SW steel‑mesh sandwich insulation‑strip standard wall panels, composite slabs, wall panels, PC component lines, special‑shaped component lines, fixed‑mold table lines, and rural‑component lines. Its primary function is to position wire‑insertion plates within the molds, enabling automated production of concrete precast elements, including PC panels, thin wall panels, partition walls, load‑bearing wall panels, lightweight wall panels, floor slabs, floor‑deck precast components, air‑conditioning panel precast components, balcony slab precast components, trench cover components, and various special‑shaped components.
