Product composition system description
All electrical components of the machine are well-known brands at home and abroad. The aluminum plate inside the mold cavity is treated with Teflon, which makes the product release more quickly. Three different heating methods are suitable for customers to produce plates with different densities. The steel of the whole machine is made of well-known large factory grade steel, and the steam pipeline is all made of seamless steel pipe and aging treatment, which makes the equipment safer and has a longer service life.
The vacuum system can speed up the cooling and shorten the molding cycle.
