The welding robot tracks the welding spot to weld the mesh and truss reinforcement through the vision system. The automatic nailing machine drills and fastens the screws. The finished product automatically turns over the palletizing production process. The PLC control mode is used for operation to realize the comprehensive integration of intelligence, automation, standardization and other technologies to complete the production of the solid truss composite floor bearing plate.
