The finished‑product unloading machine manufactured by Hebei Xuelong Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is installed on production lines to transfer completed products from the line onto a finished‑goods rack via fixtures. This equipment is used in the production of prefabricated components, including Qingda’s fourth‑generation SW steel‑mesh sandwich insulation strip‑type standard wall panels, composite slabs, wall panel lines, PC component lines, special‑shaped component lines, fixed‑mold table lines, and rural‑component lines. Its primary function is to remove finished products from the production line and place them on the finished‑goods rack, and it can be integrated with automated lines for manufacturing concrete precast components such as PC panels, thin wall panels, partition walls, load‑bearing wall panels, lightweight wall panels, floor slabs, floor‑deck precast elements, air‑conditioning slab precast components, balcony slab precast components, trench cover plates, and other custom‑shaped elements.
